Also called banya hats, sauna hats insulate your head, helping you stay in longer and maximise the incredible health benefits of contrast therapy. Plus, they protect your hair from damage. 

Why are sauna hats made from Merino wool? 

At sauna temperatures, synthetic fibres are a no-no. Our sauna hats are made from all-natural Merino wool. Nothing else. 

Why is 3mm the best thickness for a sauna hat? 

At 3mm thick, our sauna hats are engineered to strike the perfect balance between protection, comfort, breathability and durability.

We understand it's an investment. Our sauna hats are designed in the UK and are built to last with premium-quality Merino wool, protective webbing and a hanging loop for easy drying. 

Will my sauna hat fit? 

Our sauna hats are inclusively sized. We've rigorously tested them and have yet to find an adult they don't fit. Even our big-headed friend Alex managed to get his noggin in.
